Welcome to The Handymen Club. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Using the Platform

You must follow all policies made available to you within the platform. Do not misuse our services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Jobs and Payments

Homeowner job posting, account signup, professional profiles, and selecting service ZIP codes are free. Professionals pay $10 per accepted qualified lead, starting with the first accepted lead, with no monthly ZIP fee and no free trial. A qualified lead is a real project with valid contact information that matches the professional's services and selected area, and that the professional voluntarily accepts. Browsing lead previews, declining a lead, or viewing sample jobs does not incur a lead fee. A professional chooses whether to accept a lead and complete its $10 checkout. The lead fee is separate from the cost of service work. Leads may be shared and do not guarantee a hire or paid job. Existing subscriptions are not canceled or changed by selecting service areas or by this pricing update; their existing renewal and cancellation conditions remain applicable until separately changed. Prices for actual work, timelines, and scope are agreed directly between customers and professionals. Job-payment processing fees may apply.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Do not engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Handymen Club is not a party to agreements between customers and professionals and is not liable for work outcomes.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
